Holi Special ๐จThandai Daliya Kheer ( Vegan, Refined sugar free)๐ Why not indulge in a healthy thandai flavoured daliya kheer which is not only fibre rich but absolutely nourishing and guiltfree. I have added some fruits and dried roses to make a colourful holi dessert.Do try this for a quick healthy treat..๐ For Thandai Masala ๐ Almonds 2 tbsp ๐งก Dried Roses 4-5 ๐ Black peppercorns 6-8 ๐ poppy seeds 1 tbsp ๐ Cardamom 4-5 ❤ Saffron a pinch For Kheer ๐Almond milk 21/2 cups ๐Daliya/Broken wheat 5 tbsp ๐Maple syrup 1/4 cup ๐Thandai masala powder 2tsp ๐ทMake a powder of the ingredients given under Thandai masala to make thandai powder. ๐ท Heat a pan, add almond milk, daliya, maple syrup , stir and cook well for 30 mins on low flame with lid closed. Serve immediately and decorate with colourful fruits

INGREDIENTS: Tofu 1 block cut in cubes Red bell pepper 1 cut in small squares Brussel sprouts 5-8 Cherry tomatoes 10-12 Green Bell peppers 1 cut in small squares Zucchini 1 sliced Pesto (homemade / storebought) 1 cup Oil for grilling INSTRUCTION: 1.If you're using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning. 2.Wash and prepare your vegetables by cutting them into chunks or slices, making sure they're all roughly the same size for even cooking. 3.Dice Tofu into cubes. 4.In a big bowl, take 1 cup of pesto, add in all the veggies and tofu. 5.Stir gently to coat them with the marinade. 6.Keep aside in the Fridge for 1/2 an hour. ...
