Basundi using Coconut Sugar

Homemade Basundi/Rich sweetened with Coconut sugar , flavoured with cardamom and nutmeg and garnished with dryfruits. INGREDIENTS: Organic Milk 2 cups Coconut Sugar 1 cup Cardamom powder 1-2 tsp Nutmeg a pinch Sliced almonds for garnishing  INSTRUCTION: 1.Boil organic milk for a good 45 minutes to make it thick and collect the cream . 2. Add coconut sugar, cardomom powder and nutmeg powder  3.Garnish with sliced almonds..Tastes delicious when chilled.

Pancharatna Dal Khichdi Recipe

Panchratna dal Khichdi in my Instant pot. I love one pot dishes...and this dish has the nutrition of 5 lentils, rice and veggies.It is quick as well as satisfying. I guess I invented this recipe in my kitchen...😋 Please let me know if you make this too☺ INGREDIENTS: Ghee 1-2 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Ginger grated 1 tsp Onions chopped 1 Turmeric powder 1 tsp Vegetables like carrot , peas (optional) Pancharatna Dal 1 cup 11/2 cup Rice  Water 7-8 cups Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Salt to taste  Jaggery 1 tsp Tamarind soaked in water 1 inch  Red chilli powder 1-2 tsp INSTRUCTION: 1.On Saute mode in an Instant pot add Ghee, jeera, grated ginger, chopped onions ,turmeric and saute well.(You can add any vegetables you want) 2.Wash and add 1 cup Pancharatna dal and 1 and 1/2 cup rice and stir well. 3.Add 7 to 8 cups water ,coriander powder, garam masala, salt,jaggery,soaked tamarind,red chilli powder and stir well. 4.Cook for 12 to 15 minutes on cook mode.Add water according to the

Avocado Nankhatai - Healthy biscuit recipe

  Avocado Nankhatai...Holi special with a twist.This innovative recipe happened in my kitchen where I replaced butter/ghee with avocado and they tasted so good. .INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour 3/4 cup .Besan 1/4 cup Powdered sugar 1/2 cup ( ground with 5-6 cardamom) Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Avacado smashed 1 INGREDIENTS: 🍭In a bowl , sieve 3/4 cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup besan ,1/2 cup powdered sugar with cardamom, 1/4 tsp baking powder. 🍭Add smashed avacado and knead into a dough 🍭Make equal part balls and slightly press them and make any design. 🍭Place them on a baking tray. 🍭Bake them in a preheated oven at 350 degree farenhiet for 30 minutes untill they look brown. 🍭Cool them on a rack and serve. .

  Quick and Healthy Jowar and Bajra flour dosa along with coconut chutney and Chutney pudi. Both Jowar and Bajra are a powerhouse of nutrients essential to our body.Adding them daily to our diet boosts our health and immune system especially in winters. INGREDIENTS: Jowar Flour 1/2 cup Bajra flour 1/2 cup Rava 1/2 cup Yogurt 1 cup Jeera seeds 1 tsp Onion finely chopped 1  Salt to taste  Hing 1/2 tsp Water as needed to make the batter.  Nimona  A no onion no garlic meal for the day...On my plate Chapati and a Rajasthani dish called Nimona. It is made up of peas tomato and potato along with digestive spices which makes it satvik in nature and hence nourishing to the body. .Ingredients : Ghee 1 tbsp +1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Bay leaf 2 Cinnamon 1 stick Clove 1 Red Chilli 1  Hing 1/2 tsp Ginger Green Chilli paste 1 tbsp Tomato Purée 1/2 cup Turmeric powder 1 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Peas 1 cup  Potatoes 1 diced Garam masala powder 1 tsp Coriander leaves chopped for garnishing  . Virgin Watermelon Margarita with strawberries

  Virgin Watermelon Margarita with strawberries🍹 Arizona heat is as usual building up and we have started to include citrusy fruits in our diet to beat the heat!! So here comes my delicious non alcoholic drink with watermelon and strawberries🍹Very easy to make , guilt free and such an exotic drink.
