Flourless Granola muffins (Eggless , refined sugar free, )- Healthy muffins


Hi Friends
Today I am sharing with you all a flourless eggless sugarfree muffins recipe.They are healthy and tasty to eat.I try to bake something which is healthier than the regular muffins.

These are eggless, flourless, sugarfree and quick to bake.😊These tasted super delicious.

Ingredients:
Ground Granola powder 3 cups @Ezekiel granola
Baking powder 21/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Jaggery powder 1/2 cup
Milk 1 cup
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Choco chips and hemp seeds(optional)

Preheat oven at 350 degree F.
👉Whisk together in a bowl Granola powder, baking powder, Ginger powder and salt.
👉In another bowl whisk jaggery powder ,Milk,yogurt,and vanilla extract.
👉Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients to make the batter.Combine well.Add choco chips and Hemp seeds to the batter.
👉Pour the batter in cups and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
👉Cool them for some time.
Muffins are ready to serve.
