Homemade Shahi Tukda ( Bread Pudding )

Shahi Tukda (Royal Indian Bread Pudding) An elegant, classic Mughlai dessert featuring crispy, ghee-fried bread elements soaked in fragrant sugar syrup and topped with a rich, slow-simmered cardamom and kewra rabdi. Vegan Plum Icecream (No churn)

 No churn Vegan Plum Icecream🍦🍦 Being on this platform has made me try out such amazing flavours and healthy Icecream recipes that I don't think I will ever go back to the store bought ones.πŸ˜€  Tried my hands on this Plum Icecream, super easy to make, just 4 ingredients and you get a pretty and healthy Icecream which can't match store bought ones. My kids had a great time relishing this in @letsdoorganic ice cream cones. Happy National Icecream Day!!  Recipe: Plum 3-4 Coconut Milk 1 can Maple syrup 5 tbsp Vanilla Essence 1/2 tbsp Choco chips (optional) Instruction: Freeze plums for 1-2 hours, so they become a bit hard.  Just add all the ingredients in a blender and blend into a smooth paste.  Transfer them into a loaf pan, sprinkle choc chips(optional) cover with a parchment paper, secure it right using a rubber band .  Freeze min 4 hours or overnight.  Wait for some time after taking out from the freezer before taking out the scoop.Then scoop out on...

Indori Poha - Jeeravan Masala

Have you tried this version of Poha for your breakfast yet???  There is this masala called Jeeravan which is sprinkled on the regular kanda poha which brings in the twist. Sharing the masala recipe here ..  Ingredients Jeera 2 tsp Dhaniya 11/2 tsp Black peppercorn 3-4  Dalchini stick 1 small Javitri 1 small Red chilli dried 3-4  Nutmeg powder 1/4tsp Black salt 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Dry ginger powder 1/4 tsp Asafoetida 1 pinch Aamchur powder 1/4 tsp 1.Just dry roast the whole spices and grind into a smooth powder.  2.Add in the remaining spice powders and mix well.  3.This masala is to be sprinkled on your regular Poha along with some Sev, coriander leaves πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ #poha #indoripohaπŸ˜‹ #indoripohamasala

 Mini Sabudana Thalipeeth ✨ For all those who are fasting this Navratri, sharing this easiest thalipeeth recipe  INGREDIENTS: Sabudana 1/2 cup  Water for soaking  Potato 1 grated Peanuts 1/4 cup Green chillies 1-2 Cumin seeds 1 tsp Oil 1 tsp Hing a pinch Ginger peeled 1/2 inch Water  Oil  INSTRUCTION: πŸ‘‰πŸ» Wash and Soak Sabudana overnight πŸ‘‰πŸ» Roast Peanuts on low flame until brown. πŸ‘‰πŸ» Remove the peel off from the roasted peanuts. πŸ‘‰πŸ» In a Mixer, add peanuts, cumin seeds, hing, ginger, and blend to make a coarse powder. πŸ‘‰πŸ» Grate potato using a grater. πŸ‘‰πŸ» Strain water from sabudana , add this coarse powder, grated potato,salt , oil , water and make a stiff dough. πŸ‘‰πŸ» Smear oil on a Tava.Take a small lemon sized ball of the dough and make a mini thalipeeth on the tava.
