Batata Vada using leftover Masala

If you have leftover potato Masala that you make for Masala  Dosa then don’t worry make this easy peasy instant Batata  .   Base:  1.5–2 cups Leftover potato masala Batter:  1 cup gram flour (besan), ¼ tsp turmeric, salt, a pinch of baking soda, and water. Optional Crunch:  Add 1–2 tbsp rice flour to the batter for a crunchy texture   Prep the Masala:  If the leftover masala is chunky, mash it slightly. If it lacks heat, add chopped green chilies, ginger garlic paste, or fresh coriander. 2. Shape:  Grease your hands with a little oil and roll the mixture into lemon sized balls  or slightly flattened patties. Hi,    A scone is basically a baked good made with wheat flour/flour blend similar to biscuit.I made these strawberry scones for the first time and I couldnt resist myself from sharing the recipe which are too delicious to relish. I used a gluten free baking flour blend to make this recipe .You can use wholewheat flour as well .As they are leavened with baking powder,  they are quick to make.These scones are moist and soft inside, crumbly on the edges, with a buttery and flaky texture. Hello folks,     Brownies are one such desserts which are liked by everyone irrespective of age.My daughter loves eating them but I just want to make sure she eats the most healthier version of any baked good. Ofcourse every Mom wants right?? Baked Khasta Kachori with nut based filling

Hi     Khasta Kachori is one of the most famous Indian snacks popular all over the world.It is nothing but a Crispy Pastry with a mung dal/spiced nuts filling usually deep fried and served with green cilantro chutney.It is a mouthwatering appetizer,also enjoyed for breakfast in North India. I wanted to make a baked version of this and hence tried this for a collab on Instagram.It turned out really tasty and delicious.
