Chocolate chip Banana Bread bars are a simple and perfect banana recipe much better than the Banana bread. These are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and serves as go-to snacks when you freeze them. These are delicious, healthy and your whole family will love them.
You know it's healthy when there is wheat flour in place of APF, coconut sugar in place of refined sugar, coconut oil in place of other vegetable oils, organic grass-fed yogurt in place of eggs with the goodness of ripe bananas which are way healthier than the regular ones!!
You can easily make this vegan by replacing dairy milk and yogurt with almond milk and cashew yogurt/flaxseeds respectively. Alternatively, you can use a gluten-free flour like almond flour in the recipe. Just make sure you add a tsp of soda more.
The best part is you can freeze them by placing them in a bag if there is any leftover or you have made a lot of batches. Most of the time they will be eaten within no time since they are so addictive!!
