Even with chapati and Jowar bhakri.This is one of the traditional north karnataka chutneys prepared in villages from 80 years. . INGREDIENTS: For Chutney: Oil 1-2 tbsp Urad dal 1 tbsp Tur dal 1 tbsp Peanuts 1/4 cup Dried red chilli 2-3 Tamarind 1 inch Salt to taste Jaggery 2 tbsp Chopped onion 1 For Tempering Oil 2 tsp Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Jeera 1 tsp Hing 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Curry leaves 3-4 . INSTRUCTION: 🍂In a pan make a tempering /oggarane of oil, urad dal,tur dal , peanut, dried red chilli ,tamarind ,salt ,jaggery add chopped onion .Fry them well. 🍂After it cools down ,Grind in a mixie Jar into chutney consistency. 🍂Top it with a tempering /oggarane of oil, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, turmeric,curry leaves. 🍂 Serve with your favourite Dosa / Idly .
